Our processing activities involve profiling in the sense that based on the information we collect (professional and educational information from data subjects’ LinkedIn profiles) we may create a profile of each data subject, which we include when we provide our services to our customers. While we do not make any decisions based on the profile we create, the profile may be shared with our customers, who may include them in the basis of their decision-making.

You have the right to not be subject to profiling. If you do not want to be the subject of our profiling, you may exercise your right to opt out as set out below.
Legal Basis for Data Collection
We are only collecting data for one of the reasons outlined above in this Policy, and where at least one of the below conditions are met:
- With your consent (e.g. in order to follow-up with you as a prospective customer who wants to receive offers);
- As necessary for contract performance (e.g. in order to create your account on our platform after you became a customer);
- When we pursue our legitimate interest in processing data that you have made public in order to provide our services to our customers. (e.g. in order to show our customers relevant new startup founders). Processing of your professional data is an intrinsic and thus a necessary part of delivering our services to our customers. We perform these processing activities on the basis of a balancing of interests tests in which we have assessed our interest in performing the processing activities against your interests as a data subject. - To comply with legal obligations (e.g. in order to comply with a valid legal request from authorities);
- When it is in ours or a third party's legitimate interest (e.g. in order to settle a dispute with a third party).
Data Collection Sources
For customers and potential customers, we only collect that data you have given to us, e.g. by using our services, during sales meetings, etc.
Furthermore, we collect professional data made public by you from a variety of publicly available sources like company websites, job postings, professional networking sites. This includes but is not limited to Full Name, Job Title, Job Experience, Educational Background, Test Scores
Sensitive Data and Data on Minors
We do not intentionally collect, sell or otherwise process sensitive data (as defined in GDPR article 9) or data from individuals under 18 years of age. Usage of our services affirms you are over 18. If we learn of any data collected from minors under 18, it will be deleted. Data Sharing with Third Parties
We share personal data with third parties as required by law and for the purposes stated in this Policy, including with:
